Systems and funded proposals are two things you will hear me talk about quite a bit. They are two essential tools to your success online. Often they can run hand in hand..which is the best way to use both of these tools??

If you are not familiar funded proposal systems are used to “fund” your online advertising. Often referred to as a funded proposal, they are a very important step in your long term success as a network marketer and an internet marketer. There are several different types of funded proposal systems and that is what I want to concentrate on today. How do you pick the right system for you?

This is a lesson I learned the hard way in growing my network marketing business. I have been very lucky to have learned from day 1 in my career how important using a funded proposal is. I started my business from day 1 that way. However, over time I have used various systems and have very different results. In that time I learned the hard way the RIGHT system any internet marketer should be using if long term success is your #1 priority.

There are two types of systems out there the 1st system is very easy to build a lot of income fast but it may not bring you the long term success you are looking for. It’s the something for nothing system. You have all seen them they just appear in different ways. It’s the funded proposal that says you pay this amount to join and we will get you this many other people that will join under you for a small fee. They will all be introduced to your program and you will make lots of money and everyone will be happy. I’m sure you have all seen them. They come around in various ways. The system can offer programs or even leads for you. These systems can bring you income. They can be a successful funded proposal in that you will probably generate a pretty good advertising budget. With that budget you will turn around and invest in more advertising to get prospects to your website and it will be an endless cycle and everyone is happy.

Not so fast though!! What I learned the hard way by my experience is yes you will get a LOT of prospects, members and folks that will even join your primary business. However, you targeted these prospects with offering them essentially something for nothing. You end up with a bunch of folks who want just that. Something for nothing. When the real work comes and it’s time for them to advertise their business themselves, take steps forward in their internet marketing knowledge you are very unlikely to find any of them that are worth a moment of your time. Your simply targeted the wrong audience.

The 2nd type of funded proposal system is centered around marketing or knowledge. If offers your prospect valuable information for a monthly fee. They are able to work as a team with others to expand their own internet marketing knowledge. Many of these systems will often offer other recommended affiliate programs inside the system itself that will lead to multiple streams of income. Some network marketing companies have wised up and starting offering them for their distributors, unfortunately those companies are few and far between. There are many of these systems that are generic funded proposal systems. Meaning it doesn’t matter what your primary business is there will be a place within the system that your members will be presented with your primary business. If that member chooses to join your business they are more than likely a much better potential business partner! They are eager to learn, there is a system already in place for them to plug in to so a lot of the training that comes with the large learning curve in this industry is not a factor. Your time is free to help guide your new business builder through the system and just simply have them do what you just did. They will be learning at the same time they earn.

These two funded proposal systems may seem very different but we all know how things can be deceptive in the internet marketing world. It’s important that you do your homework. Make sure the system is completely duplication meaning anyone no matter what their level of internet marketing knowledge can plug right in. Also make sure that the system is not based online on programs. It’s ok for affiliate programs to be included in the system as long as there is knowledge to be gained from the system.
